Nicolaas T.M. Claus van Mierlo worked as a Dutch NVM and ERA real estate agent and has experience in the Spanish property market since 1996. As a qualified real estate agent he knows the ins and outs of buying and selling Spanish properties. You will be supported from the first visit to the office and throughout the viewings. NICLA also guides you with the negotiations and completion of the transaction.

NICLA offers an open and honest service. Via the website you keep up-to-date with the actual listings of Spanish properties in resales as well as new developments. There is digital information of all properties in the NICLA-site, which can be sent very rapidly by e-mail. In this website you also can read information about buying and selling a property in Spain. You can ask any further questions directly to NICLA at any time.

When you have filled in your wishes concerning your Spanish home through our subscription form, you automatically receive the current and new properties which meet your wishes by e-mail and you can request the extended brochures of the properties, projects and the villas build by NICLA. We spend a lot of time and take much care of these brochures to make sure that all the information is known so that you exactly know what you can expect before you make an appointment to go to Spain and take a look at the properties you like.

Besides the individual inspections of the different properties, projects and plots, NICLA takes care of the whole support during your stay in Spain up to and including the assignment of the deeds of your new property with the Spanish notary.
