After you filled in your wishes, Nicla used to keep you informed about the actual listings. As Nicla always aims to stay in front in introducing new technologies. That's why Nicla invented a complete automatically system that keeps you informed about the actual properties that meet up your wishes. A short explanation......

Without going into the technical details, the new subscribe system comes down to the following. After you filled your personal details with your e-mail address and a made up password, you can fill your wishes. These wishes are saved on a central computer that daily checks whether there are (new) properties in our listing which meet your wishes. When a new property will be added or projects are uploaded or there's a price change through by which a certain property will meet your wishes, you will automatically receive an overview in an e-mail. You then can look at the information on our website and ask for more information if you want to receive an e-brochure, that will be send to you by e-mail.

The only thing you will have to do to use this new subscribe system, is to fill in the new subscribe form on the website of NICLA. Even if you already did fill in this subscribe form before, we kindly request you to do this again to make use of the new system.

As your personal profile is secured by a password, you can change your wishes any time by logging in.
